COMMISSIONS TOS

1. Clients MAY NOT USE the commissioned artworks commercially without paying a commercial fee (100-300% depending on the artwork).2. Clients MAY NOT CLAIM the artwork as theirs. You must credit me as the artist. When it's used as pfp, credits are appreciated but nto required. Edits and tracing are NOT allowed unless it is sold as an adopt or custom design. AI and NFT use is NOT allowed!3. Fanarts commissioned for other people must be done with their consent! You cannot commission for anyone who does not accept fanart or wants to be drawn. (This includes, but is not limited to, fanart of other artists' persona/ocs/etc). THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE FICTIONAL CHARACTERS.4. Proper revisions with a clear guide can be made throughout the process, but NOT after the rendering stage has started and the sketch/lineart has been agreed upon.5. 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗣𝗡𝗚. 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 (Unless you state you want another format).6. Once a request is confirmed, delivery time may range from 3 days to 1 month, depending on commission type, schedule, and complexity.7. 𝙋𝙖𝙮𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙗𝙚 𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙥𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙞𝙣 𝙐𝙎𝘿. 𝘾𝙪𝙧𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙡𝙮 𝙄 𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙥𝙩 𝙥𝙖𝙮𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙑𝙂𝙀𝙉, 𝙋𝘼𝙔𝙋𝘼𝙇, 𝙤𝙧 𝘾𝘼𝙎𝙃𝘼𝙋𝙋.

REFUND POLICY

1. I will ONLY issue a refund if:
- I no longer wish to work on your request for any reason
- I can't finish the commission/request due to schedule, complexity, or health
- I can't finish the request on time (if client sets a specific deadline).2. Cancellations and refunds will NOT be issued for the following reasons:
- Refund asked after RENDERING STAGE has started.
- Client needs money urgently after I started working on the commission, as your spending is not my responsibility
